The A&S Research Development (RD) team presented a poster at the 18th Annual NORDP Research Development Conference, held April 26–29 in Indianapolis. Their poster, titled “Catalyzing Convergence: How College-Level RD Drives Institutional Impact,” sparked interest among RD professionals from various universities. The event also provided a valuable opportunity for the team to network, share best practices, and build new collaborative connections across the national RD community.
